How To Wear Culottes |Moodboard Tuesday

I’ve covered culottes on the blog before (here) however last week I had a lovely reader ask for some ideas on how to wear them, so I thought I’d put together a few outfit ideas. The best thing about culottes is that they’re so easily dressed up or down. I think they’re the most flattering worn flowy, giving the illusion of a midi skirt. They also look best with heels, elongating the leg, however can be paired with sandals for a very casual and comfy look – just keep the rest of the look fun and streamlined. Culottes are so practical for work too, tuck in a blouse or pair with a dressy top in a similar fabric. I’ve kept the colours fairly simple here, however don’t be afraid to try brights, especially for spring and summer.
