Dressing Up For Cool Weather | Moodboard Tuesday

May 26, 2015

When the temperature goes down, I seem to want to hibernate for evening events. Cocktail functions, birthdays, brrr I’m cold just thinking about it! However, there’s no need to avoid a dressy occasion when it’s cool, just dress for the occasion and the weather – add an on-trend camel coat, a capelet or a leather jacket and you’re in business. Of course, all black is an easy way to look dressy and be warm – just pile on the layers and different textures. Today, I’ve provided some inspiration for dressing up for cool weather – just add another layer or two depending on your climate (for example, add tights and an overcoat to the dress outfits, or  a cami underneath or a fine woolen knit with the top or jumpsuit outfit – a faux fur snood or stole would also be amazing with these outfits).  Of course, everything  is under $100.
