Neon is everywhere this season (see my spring preview for more), but if you’re not wanting to commit to a full blown shirt/pant or shoe in a bright hue, try a statement necklace. Necklaces with painted neon jewels are a perfect way to add a bit of something to an (otherwise) boring work outfit, or a simple white top and jeans combo.
