The mule or slide is one of the hottest shoe styles this season, and I tell you, I’m happy about it.
With little kids, I find the quicker I can put on my shoes in the morning, the better! I usually purchase a new pair of slides each spring/summer, either in a metallic, nude, tan or black. They’re just perfect for slipping on at the last moment before you slip out the door, and in my opinion look much classier than thongs. This season you’ll be spoilt for choice as there is so many different options.
I’m also loving their heeled cousin, the mule, for adding a bit of on-trend pizazz to night time or weekend looks. Try a tan or nude pair if you’re new to the style – it will elongate the leg.
