    How I Wore a Lace-Up Blouse |What I’m Wearing

    November 18, 2015

    We’ve had a bit of a heatwave sweep through these parts, and although I’m glad I’m not pregnant anymore (when everyday is 100% warmer and less comfortable – scientific fact ;)) I’m still after cool and breezy outfits, that now have to be breastfeeding friendly too. I was sent this gorgeous blouse from SheInside and I have been looking forward to wearing it! The lace-up trend is big this season in everything from shoes to tops, and this shirt ticks off the trend box whilst also being a pretty classic oversized shirt. It’s a cool semi-sheer crinkly fabric (no ironing needed!) and will be equally as useful come winter over jeans. I’m wearing it with just a nude bra as its really not too sheer, however you could wear a nude cami underneath for more coverage if wanted. You can also loosen or tighten the lace up the front to create different looks. I’ve paired it back with some of my fave basics – pleather shorts and slides, however it would be amazing with denim or a Paisley print too. Did I mention it’s under $23?!

    Wearing:
    (Gifted) SheIn lace up blouse AUD$22.43 {I’m wearing the size L for a more oversized look}
    H&M shorts, similar here for AUD$60
    Target slides, not current, similar here for AUD$19.95
