Last week, I turned 30. I have to confess, I was not looking forward to it. I loved being in my 20s. My 20s were such a great, crazy 10 years of fun and learning and earning and basically just enjoying life. However, now I’m actually 30, I’m actually quite excited for the 30s. There is a lot to be grateful for. I’m excited about the next decade and what it has in store.
My actual 30th celebration was a low key affair, after just arriving back from an overseas holiday a few weeks ago and being on a budget. I had a wonderful breakfast out, a takeaway Vietnamese meal for lunch and I received some gorgeous flowers from the hubby. Lovely! On Friday we then caught up with some friends for a dinner at a local Thai restaurant, which was super fun.
But I couldn’t stop the celebrations just there! Birthdays are a time for gifts, of course, and not just for me, for you too! Today I’m giving Pretty Chuffed readers the chance to win one of the amazing prizes below from some of my favourite brands.
All you have to do is comment on this blog post, answering this question ‘What is the best birthday present you’ve ever received?’ and be sure to also name what one prize you’d prefer! The most creative/funny/heartwarming answers (as chosen by me) will win the prize of their choice.
(And certainly be sure to click through and check out these gorgeous brands and follow them on Instagram and Facebook too :))
The giveaway closes next Sunday and winners will be announced on 4 May at 7pm. (For full terms and conditions see the bottom of this blog post.)
So, what would you like to win?

Happy 30th Jasmine. Hope you enjoyed all your celebrations! For me, the best Present I got for my Birthday was Phoebe. She was born 2 days after my 30th. If I could choose a prize it would be a St Frock shirt dress to breastfeed said present. π
April 26, 2015 at 8:20 pmHappy birthday! I’ve heard the 30’s are awesome. My best birthday present was on my last birthday, my husband and I had been living overseas for 18mths and we flew back to Australia a month after having our first baby. We arrived back in the country the day of my birthday to all of our family waiting at the airport, it was fantastic!
April 26, 2015 at 8:41 pmIf I could choose a prize, it would probably be the St Frock dresses.
Happy Birthday Jasmine! My daughter Scarlett was born a few days before my 30th. My husband didn’t get me a present (!) so we have always said Scarlett was the best gift I ever received! I love your dress from Little Party Dress it’s gorgeous. Though I would be very excited to win anything. Thanks for the chance x
April 26, 2015 at 9:01 pmHey Jasmin, hope you had an awesome birthday. My best pressie was for my 21st, I had the choice of a party or a flying lesson. I chose the flying lesson, I love flying (afraid of heights but love flying), was a great feeling, and I got to fly for a bit too. Best pressie from my awesome parents. The prize I would choose would be the little party dress, as I a just starting to wear dresses more and wold love to add to my wardrobe. π thanks.

April 26, 2015 at 9:33 pmThe most valued birthday present I have received was my passport on my 18th. My parents gave me the gift of the world with this and I’m 2 continents down so far.
April 26, 2015 at 9:48 pmI would like the LPD voucher.
Happy birthday lovely!! Sounds like you had a great day, Vietnamese and Thai food are my fave!
April 26, 2015 at 10:30 pmThe best birthday present I received was a surprise lunch on my 30th last year, I was pregnant & didn’t want to have a big celebration, I thought I was having a quiet day with family but hubby had other plans!! He had flowers delivered in the morning and the note said “be ready by 10:30”, at 10:30 there was a knock at the door & one of my besties picked me up & took me to a day spa for a massage & facial, so lovely! After that she drove me to my fave restaurant and when I walked in all my family & close friends were there and stared singing happy birthday, I started crying haha. It was a lovely lunch π when I got home the whole house had been decorated with balloons & streamers & hubby had put together 2 massive photo boards, which are amazing! Then we spent the arvo at home with our family, it was the best day ever, so many surprises and I felt so special π
I would choose the red floral kimono, it’s sooo pretty!!
Happy birthday Jasmine!! The best birthday present I ever received was on my 6th birthday. I got a brand new pink bike complete with a cute basket on the front. I was so happy when I saw that bad boy because, up until then I had to ride an ugly hand-me-down boys bike!
April 26, 2015 at 10:56 pmMy choice of the prizes would be the gorgeous ankoa kimono.
Happy Birthday!! I hope the 30s brings even more positivity and happiness your way!
April 27, 2015 at 7:29 amFor my last birthday, I didn’t get to see my family, so my friends rallied and from morning to night I was surrounded and spoilt like crazy. Although she couldn’t be there, my mum still went above and beyond to book me a skydive experience! I was overwhelmed with all the love!
Loving shirt dresses as much as I do at the moment, my pick would have to be the St. Frock prize. Good luck everyone, have a great week!
Happy 30th birthday Jasmine π my best birthday gift was for my milestone 21st. I was borderline obese at the time I decided I needed to do something for my future and lose weight. This foiled plans of a surprise big party my family had planned (with food and alcohol of course), so my amazing parents sister and partner whisked me away to a lakeside resort for a surprise weekend away. I had a jetboat ride around the nearby falls then a helicopter picked us up for a flight over the lake and township. I was then taken back to the resort where I had a 3hr massage and facial. I’m usually one for low key events but the amount of thought and effort that went into the weekend was so special π Oh and of course, I would definitely pick the St Frock βMy Momentβ sleeveless shirt dress if I won <3 x
April 27, 2015 at 10:35 amHB Jasmine!
April 27, 2015 at 10:38 amMy dear friends all pitched in and brought a Kitchenaid for my 30th. I have lusted after one for as long as I can remember. To keep it a secret they purchased it online and had it sent to hubby’s work… he lugged it home on the train in the middle of peak hour, with no room to put it down for the 25 minute trip! Yep, he’s a keeper! I could put that LPD voucher to very good use π
Happy birthday Jasmine! Glad you have made peace with your 30s. It’s definitely different to your 20s but in a good way I think! Best birthday present – brand new Target roller blades at age 10 (with matching elbow and knee guards). I was fast. I was mobile. I was cool. They were purple and aqua. I didn’t take them off for at least 3 months. If I was to choose one of your delightful prizes, I’d love the Little Party Dress voucher for some midi skirt love xox
April 27, 2015 at 11:40 amHappy 30th!!. My best present was a surprise cruise for my 30th. My partner was too embarrassed to give it to me in front of every at my party, that his friends ended up giving me the present. I would love to win the my moments dress!
April 27, 2015 at 2:05 pmHorray for birthday’s! Hope yours was fabulous. The best present I ever received was my boyfriend of 10 years proposing to me in on my 30th birthday in Hawaii! Then he told me we were getting married 4 days later and he had arranged everything. It was very romantic and I will never forget my 30th birthday!

April 27, 2015 at 2:28 pm12th birthday, hands down.
My mum gifted me five of her all-time favourite books – ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’, ‘The Little Prince’, ‘Playing Beatie Bow’, ‘The Outsiders’ and ‘The Heart is a Lonely Hunter.’ They were all secondhand, and one or two were her schoolbooks from way back when, but she gave them to me because I was about the same age she was when she discovered those authors, and she wanted me to have the same gift of their words. I still treasure those books to this day, and count them among my favourites, same as she does.
As for choosing between all the pretties – the Little Party Dress βOver the Topβ dress or The Adorn Collective Stevie earrings, please!
Thank you and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
April 27, 2015 at 2:29 pmBest birthday present was finding out I was pregnant after a long wait!! I would love one of the St Frock dresses- perfect for breastfeeding π happy birthday to you!
April 27, 2015 at 2:51 pmHappy Birthday! Hope you had a special day with loved ones. My favourite birthday gift was a day full of surprises from my housemates. I awoke to champagne and pancakes and then they surprised me with an indoor trampolining session and gelato. I would love the little party dress voucher, would be great for my graduation.
April 27, 2015 at 2:54 pmHappy 30th Jasmine!
It’s my big “3 0” in January and I’m dreading it….. Any advise or words of wisdom?
The best present I ever received was a few Christmas’s ago – My partner got me a gorgeous mint green Vintage Bike (cain basket and all!)
I’d wanted one for such a long time, and honestly thought I’d never get one. I jokingly gave SO many hints, I was all over it on social media, and even posted a photo on Instagram with the comment (and pathetic hashtags!!!!) “Please Santa, can I have a vintage bike for Christmas? We are a match made in heaven! xx #vintagebike #lovers #wishfulthinking #alliwantforchristmas #dreaming #pleasesanta #havebeenagoodgirl”
Well….. Who was left red faced (and blindfolded!) on Christmas Day? Me, yes me! My amazing man had got me the bike of my dreams…. She is still my pride and joy, and she even has a name, her name is TRIXIE” xx
If I was to win, I would love the St Frock dress – perfect to layer for winter which is ever so fastly approaching!
April 27, 2015 at 2:54 pmHappy 30th birthday Jasmine,your 30s are the BEST IMO!
April 27, 2015 at 3:00 pmMy most memorable birthday present was last years, after having a horrible year with Dad being sick and my Mum passing away my daughter and her partner bought me something. I was really lusting after,my headless dog vase, they filled it with flowers and pretended they could find one (it was really hard to get) but the comment when I saw it was the best part…they were happy to see me smile, and that made me appreciate my children just a little bit more.
The prize I would most like to win would be the Ankoa kimono it’s gorgeous Xx
Not long ago I turned 30 and just a week before found out I was pregnant, so my 30th was my last birthday as myself. My wonderful husband gave me my dream Louis Vuitton bag and we secretly celebrated our little one in my belly, it was fabulous!
My last birthday I turned 31 as a Mummy and it was by far the most wonderful thing to wake up to my darling family..
I’d love to win the Little Party Dress Voucher
And Happy Birthday you fabulous woman xxxx
April 27, 2015 at 3:31 pmHappy Birthday. I remember my 23rd birthday and my boyfriend at the time walked into my house with a small box wrapped up with a bow.. I was very interested to know what was inside, ripped it open and it was a bike helmet. I remember saying… “why do I need a helmet, I don’t even have a bike!” He said well thats the next part!
And I picked up my fabulous pink vintage bike! I store it at my family beach house and ride to and from the beach! So fantastic – I love it.
I would love to win the ST FROCK SHIRT DRESS
XOXO
April 27, 2015 at 4:35 pmHappy 30th Birthday Jasmine xx
April 27, 2015 at 4:50 pmMy best birthday present was a necklace my partner gave me. The best part was it had the first letter of our names plus our daughters attached. I treasure it always. If I was to win, I would love the Little Party Dress gift voucher.
Hooray for 85 babies! Happy birthday to you! I turned 30 at the start of March and got a pug puppy called jovi from all of the family. It’s a shared present with my two kids who have their bdays soon too. Our first baby was a pug and we tragically lost her just before Christmas. Jovi has completed our family again π I would love a gorgeous kimono in my wardrobe!
April 27, 2015 at 6:38 pmHappy Birthday! As a young woman of 30, I totally agree with you that your 30’s especially the first year is the best.
My special birthday was my 21st, one I will never forget. It was a trail of hidden clues around my home and work place left by my boyfriend (now husband).
The clues began with a picture of a beach, followed by a picture of the two of us snorkeling, then a picture of the two of us eating seafood and finally arriving at work to see a cartoon airplane with our two heads sticking out.
He had booked a four day holiday to Hamilton Island. Our first big trip together. It was absolutely amazing and one birthday gift I will never forget.
I would be happy to receive any of the beautiful gifts outlined above.
May this year be filled with beautiful moments of smiles, laughs, love and family. X
April 27, 2015 at 8:13 pmThe best birthday present I have ever received and will ever receive is my son who arrived@ 8.45am on my birthday. How blessed am I to share his special day every year.
If I was to win I would love a new dress from st frock.
Happy 30th birthday may you be blessed with health, happiness and a loving family
April 27, 2015 at 8:53 pmX
Happy Birthday Jasmine!
April 27, 2015 at 11:12 pmMy special birthday was my 40th. Because I was recovering from Chemo Therapy and we were paying off some steep medical bills, my friends and my hubby organised the whole party so it wouldn’t cost me a cent. Theme was: come as your favourite Barbie or Ken, and there were some great costumes there. Mine was Bridal Barbie and my husband found a ruffled shirt with an 80s tuxedo and a cummerbund to be Groom Ken. My husband organised a surprise renewal of our vows in the backyard, as a total surprise. My kids appeared (they had been sent away to be cared for by neighbours) with corsages and little bouquets and a big bouquet for me. There was not a dry eye in the place! Even makes me teary just thinking about it now. It was very, very special.
Happy birthday Jas, the 30s are soooo good. And thank you for organising pressies for your readers. I am a fan! I would be happy with any present really. xoxoxo
Omg Barbe that is amazing!
April 29, 2015 at 4:54 pmHappy Birthday Gorgeous!
For my 16th Birthday (which is soooooo long ago ;o) I was able to choose a destination for a holiday with my dad. He worked in LA at the time and I chose Hawaii. Only him and me (we left mum and my brother at home). We had such a great time in Hawaii and I totally fell in love with this place. The only thing which annoyed me was, that everyone looked at me a bit strange cause they thought I was his (VERY YOUNG) wife. Not what you want as a 16 year old ;o)
If I can I would choose the burgundy shirt dress from St. Frock.
Andrea xx
April 27, 2015 at 11:18 pmHi Jasmine,
Happy Birthday, lots of health and happiness and the very best wishes for the coming year! 30 years young! A great age! Enjoy!
For my last birthday (which was 30++++++. π I received an iPad and it was the absolute best presie. It was my first tablet/internet-enabled hand-held device and it got me into social media, in particular Style Blogs, Facebook and Instagram. Participating in supportive social media communities, such the ‘Everyday Style’ community has enriched my everyday life no end. I love the sense of belonging, encouragement and fun. Couldn’t live without all these beautiful women in my life now! And this includes yourself of course. It’s such a privilege to be able to share your day-to-day adventures!
I would absolutely adore to win the Ankoa Kimono! A gorgeous show pony! It’ll go brilliant with some of the basic pieces I own.
Thank you so much for these lovely giveaways. Enjoy your birthday year!
Cheers,
Kutira (SuperKombi)
April 27, 2015 at 11:33 pmHappy birthday! And pick me for the St Frock dress, please!
My best birthday present ever was more than one present – is that okay if it was all from one person for a single birthday?! My then-boyfriend (now husband) told me to pack a bag for a few nights the weekend before my 21st birthday. We stayed at a five-star hotel in the city, went and saw Alex Lloyd live (he’d just released Watching Angels Mend and I LUFFED him), then the next day we went and saw The Producers. And when we got home he’d bought, had framed and mounted four beautiful musically-themed prints that are still my favourite artworks ever.
He’s never topped that one! (I don’t think he’s bothered trying, because he knows he couldn’t!)
April 28, 2015 at 3:40 pmHappy Birthday! Glad you had a wonderful time celebrating the big day The best present I ever recieved was finding out that my mother was expecting my little brother. I was turning 4 & had been begging & praying for a brother & companion for years. From that moment, I knew it was going to be the brother I was desperate for – so much so that my parents didn’t even think of any girl names as I was so throughly convinced! When Louis arrived, I was overjoyed & still am more than 26 years later… We are so close that people think we’re twins & his presence is the present that keeps on giving! (Love the Ankoaa kimono, if I was to be so lucky…)
April 28, 2015 at 4:05 pmHappy Birthday Jasmine! Sounds like you had a fabulous celebration.
My most favourite and treasured birthday gift was a combined present from my parents, grandparents and other amazing family members. They all went in on a plane ticket and place in a tour group of Europe and London. I travelled for 3 weeks with my Nan at age 13 – to all the places I had fantasied about visiting for many years. Not only was it an incredible time for bonding with my Nan, but it was an extremely generous gift from my family which has inspired my love of travelling.
PS. I’m eyeing off the ST FROCK SHIRT DRESSES which would look fantastic on my next adventure!
April 28, 2015 at 5:04 pmHappy birthday j-fiz! My best birthday present every year is my friends and family. As I get older, I realise that they are more important than any material gift I can receive, and birthdays are such a great excuse to spend some quality time with each other/ boogie down (as age appropriate) xx
April 28, 2015 at 5:08 pmI love the title of this post!
I would have to say my favourite gift was one that I received on my most recent birthday from my boyfriend. I am the worst present receiver because I am a terrible liar and if I don’t like something its written all over my face. I am also very impatient so I was feeling a little anxious about what I would be getting.
Once I opened the wrapping paper I saw the Samantha Wills box, my jaw dropped and if I was an emoji I would have had stupid little love hearts over my eyes. Straight away I said to him “Awww SAMANTHA WILLS” he was so confused (I don’t think he actually knew what he had bought a well known jewellery piece) and he asked how I knew. Am I the only one who knows Samantha Wills box? “Duhhh”
He hit the nail on the head it was a beautiful simple necklace that was right up my ally and theres nothing like a piece of jewellery you can put on that brings a memory to your mind and puts a smile on your face.
When someone can give you a gift you didn’t suggest or ask for AND hit the nail on the head. Thats the perfect gift.
I am loving the Kimono, gorgeous pattern and looks awesome with the ripped jeans (a staple in my wardrobe). Following you on Instagram as @wondrous_au.
Happy Birthday Jasmine!
Kate, Wondrous
April 28, 2015 at 5:23 pmThe present that always comes to mind, is a simple heart pendent necklace my now husband gave me for our first birthday spent together. It was the first piece of jewellery I had received from a boyfriend which was beyond exciting.
Happy 30th! Am following your Instagram page as bella_dilemma & following your blog using feedly. If I were to win, I’d love the Adorn Collective Earrings – STUNNING!
April 29, 2015 at 10:46 amHappy birthday! So my best birthday present would have to be when my husband who hates baking or cooking, baked me a flourless chocolate cake. Flourless chocolate cakes aren’t easy but he persevered for me. It was perfect. I’d love the St. Frock voucher!
April 29, 2015 at 1:42 pmHappy 30th Jasmine…dirty 30’s! What a great list of prizes, the earrings are divine. I absolutely love birthdays and they are all awesome. In 2013 I spent my actual birthday in the chemo chair it was crap but I took cupcakes in to the ward so it made it better…cake does that. My mister paid for myself and 12 friends to have high tea in the city…sweet treats, piano player, pretty blooms and lots of laughter. it was a truly special afternoon, I treasure the memory of that day. These days I’m grateful for every single birthday x
April 29, 2015 at 4:52 pmA big happy 30th birthday to you, Jasmine! I can only hope the day was filled with all the love, laughter and happiness one deserves on their birthday!
My greatest birthday gift is one I didn’t realise at the time, but it was having my Dad at my 21st birthday party. He passed away suddenly of a heart attack only a few short months later, and I feel lucky that I have many treasured memories of that night that I can hold onto. I’m the oldest of four siblings and I only wish for them that Dad could be there for their upcoming 21st birthdays. He was the first man that loved me uncobditionally, always had my back and offered the truth even when I didn’t want to hear it. He is the greatest gift, not just on my birthday but always π
I would love the St. Frock shirt dress in the checkered print. With black boots and a fedora, thats the perfect outfit!
Again, happiest of birthday wishes to you!
April 29, 2015 at 4:56 pmWhen I was in primary school my dad had to be away for my birthday as he was part of the Navy. I was really upset but before school the bell rang and it was this amazing bunch of flowers. He had bought me flowers once before and it made me feel so grown up. I loved that he had thought of me when he was far away.
I love St Frock, so the wrap dress would be amazing.
April 29, 2015 at 7:17 pmWelcome to your 30’s Jasmine! Three years in and I can honestly say, I’m loving mine.
I recall my Mum asking me how I felt about turning 30 and my response was, and firmly still is, that I finally felt like a grown up! So enjoy the years ahead, I hope they are kind to you!
For my birthday this year, my hubby and kids brought me a red vintage bike that I’ve affectionately named ‘Ruby, the Retro Racer’….she sure is gorgeous! Best present this Mum could want…except for more time to ride it!
I’m a huge St Frock and LPD collector so I’d be stoked with either if i was fortunate enough to win!
April 29, 2015 at 8:55 pmHappy 30th!I would love to be considered for the LPD voucher.
April 29, 2015 at 9:19 pmMy 18th birthday was amazing, I was still in year 12 when I turned 18 and it was terrific to be surrounded by so many friends and family. No birthday since can compare to the freedom and lack of self consciousness that I had at 18 – I was queen of the world, we danced all night, took selfies before selfies were cool, sang karaoke really badly and sat around a bon fire until a stupid time in the morning. My friends chipped together to buy me a necklace, and even though I have had wonderful birthdays since, that necklace always reminds me of a time when I had no real worries other than passing my exams, no responsibilities beyond proving I was a good enough driver to get my P’s, or ironing my school uniform. If my kids can remember their young adulthood as fondly as I remember mine I will be satisfied.
Hmm best birthday present ever? Tough call but I’m going to go with ‘my next birthday’ . Gotta be glad for every one you have. I would love to celebrate my next birthday wearing one of the St Frock shirt dresses. Thanks and Happy Birthday to you. Well celebrated.
April 29, 2015 at 10:02 pmHello dear happy b-day :))) my best present was a ring from my boyfriend and I wish I will have a dress because I have my final year at the university :))
April 30, 2015 at 5:23 pmhappy birthday!
honestly, the best present I ever had was last year. it was an awful year for me and my family – my partner lost his job, one of our animals was given a life threatening diagnosis and I found out I had a tumor on my brain, all within the same week!
after 6 very rough months, I got to celebrate my birthday surrounded by family and friends – I could honestly not have asked for a better present as as this experience made me grateful for what I have, and I’m a very lucky girl!!
wishing you a fabulous birthday, should you choose my entry I would choose the little party dress voucher every day of the week – love kel and everything she represents! amy jane x
April 30, 2015 at 5:54 pmHappy Birthday! My best birthday was when I was living in Phillip Island. My partner was working and we lived away from family and friends so I presumed I would have an uneventful day. But my best friend sent me a beautiful bunch of flowers and my work at the time gave me a voucher for dinner out. Definitely made my day! I would love the st frock shirt dress pretty please!
April 30, 2015 at 5:55 pmHappy dirty thirty! Thank you for including us all in your birthday celebrations π
For my 18th birthday my boyfriend (now husband) enlisted the help of a female friend to by me some lingerie.
May 1, 2015 at 7:53 amWhile the present was beautiful the best part was knowing he went to all the effort to get the right size and the help of a friend when I know he would of been blushing 50 shades of a fire engine while searching through all the lace and satin!
I find tshirt bra shopping painfully frustrating (just keep the sizes consistent!!) at the best of times so it was a lovely surprise.
A st frock dress would be my pick please π
Happy birthday! I turned 30 around 18 months ago and received the best present ever from my mum- she handed down to me a gold bracelet that my granny had given to her on her 21sr. My granny died when I was very little so I was filled with emotion when she gave the bracelet to me! Wearing it makes me feel connected to my granny and was definitely the best present ever. Anyway, I think the key to turning thirty is to embrace it wholeheartedly, I definitely think being thirty is way better than being twenty π if I were to win a prize I would love those earrings!
May 1, 2015 at 9:02 amWelcome to your 30’s a decade that I loved, watching kids grow, nuturing and developing their little personalities.
May 1, 2015 at 10:19 pmFor me there is no one present but it would be one of the many hand written and handmade gifts that I received in my thirties from one of my children. What mum has not worn a handcrafted macaroni necklace, placed in pride of place on the fridge a budding artists picture of the whole family, a present wrapped in paper decorated with hand prints. These are the presents that meant the most, made with lots love and more precious than any diamond necklace.
*price preference would be the St Frock dress.
My favourite gift was from my family for my thirtieth: a digital sewing machine + a camera. These gifts were not just extravagant presents, they were a statement of discovery, liberation and redefinition. A discovery of who I am as a women (creative, in-the-moment, adventure lover, avid learner), the liberation of knowing who I am and being unapologetic about it, and the exhilaration of embracing all that life encompasses…. A redefinition of values: simple but great things – family, friendships and experiences together. I love being a wife and mother but to unearth creativity, passion and purpose is a wonderful thing; and my family demonstrated how well they knew me through the simple gesture of these gifts.
Happy thirtieth Jasmin! I hope you’ve hit your thirties with a new found zest for life, and a continual discovery of your purpose + passions: it’s the St. Frock Shirt Dress all the way for me!! xo
May 1, 2015 at 10:30 pmBest present was a puppy from my parents. It was the best thing ever, it even got to stay in my bed.
Would love the ST FROCK SHIRT DRESS.
Happy Birthday!!!
May 1, 2015 at 11:23 pmHappy 30th!! It’s not too bad being 30…apart from it taking longer to get out of bed with our old bodies!!!
My favourite birthday present was a beautiful sparkly diamond! My now husband proposed on my 28th birthday. I actually didn’t open the diamond box first. He had put the diamond certificate in with my card thinking I would open the perfectly wrapped little box right in the middle of the table. My mother taught me to open my cards first, so I kinda wrecked the whole surprise!!! Ooopppss!!
I can’t go past the St Frock dress!!! Perfectly easy to put on and wear when tearing after my 1 year old.
May 2, 2015 at 6:38 amBest birthday present ever was my gorgeous Russian Blue kitten from the ‘then’ love of my life. He broke my heart and she, my baby blue girl, was there by my side to help purrrr away the tears and love me for the next 16 years like I hoped he would have done.
I would love the St Frock Shirt Dress in Burgundy please, it’s beautiful.
May 2, 2015 at 5:26 pmHappy birthday sunshine!
My best birthday present was the year after I had moved interstate & my dad surprised me on my birthday. {I was laying on the couch in knickers & a tshirt when someone knocked on our door & my hubby said it was a JW & he refused to answer it….. lucky iy was my dad & he didn’t care for my Summer ‘attire’!}
I’d like the St Frock dresses.

My husband; we married on my 33rd birthday <3
May 3, 2015 at 10:40 amHappy 30th birthday!
May 3, 2015 at 11:22 amMy then boyfriend (now husband) took me on a ski trip for my 20th birthday. I was a student at the time and could not afford to go along with our friends, so the trip was his present to me (along with 20 snowballs).
I love the St Frock dress – looks so comfortable and great for feeding in!
Creme caramel baked by my husband. It tasted average but he put a whole lot of heart and soul into, and it was a big leap for someone who doesn’t cook anything more than instant noodles.
May 3, 2015 at 11:27 amHappy 30th!!
May 3, 2015 at 1:10 pmHmm the best birthday present I’ve ever received..I think that would be when I was around 8 and my parents bought me a puppy! He has been my best friend for the past 10 years and I love him unconditionally! Nothing has topped that yet π
Also, would really love the LPD gift voucher, absolutely love that website!

May 3, 2015 at 8:12 pmHaving a birthday party at Maccas and learning to make cheeseburgers. Loved the ice cream cakes and was the highlight of my childhood
Let me set the scene…after 7 years together, my beloved organised a romantic getaway for my birthday to Byron Bay, the place we bonded over our environmental t-shirts and love of tie dye and bad incense: the beginning of our long distance relationship. This is it I thought, as the champagne flowed and the little gifts started arriving, the proposal is nigh. He suggested a moonlight walk along the beach, we sat down under the stars and he started nervously talking about how we had met here 7 years ago and his life had forever changed. He fumbled in his pocket…I held my breath…he pulled out a “commitment” ring. I said, “so we’re not engaged then?”
May 3, 2015 at 8:58 pmHe did get over his “commitment” issues as we are now happily married with 3 kids, but OMG way to to string out a non-event! P.S. I love that St Frock dress, looks like it would hide a multitude of sins!
Happy Birthday!… And next week I have a birthday too! My best present will be the one coming then.
The tide has turned and the children, now both wage earners, are taking ME out to dinner! It will be nice to have them treating me to a meal with their own money.
THE ADORN COLLECTIVE EARRINGS would be just perfect for me and my LBD!
May 3, 2015 at 11:14 pmThe best birthday present I received was when my 4 year old daughter tried her very best to be the most polite, tidy, obedient and attentive child ever on my birthday. I felt so loved because it took her every ounce of energy to get through the day, yet she insisted to continue because its her gift to me.
Would love the St Frock shirt dress please
