You may have noticed pastels are quite big this season. If you haven’t, you may have been living under a rock…because pastels are big news. What I’m loving about the trend is it’s perfectly in time for our spring. And, it’s feminine, but it’s fresh – it’s not sickly sweet and it doesn’t have to necessarily be too ‘girly’.
I’m loving mints, lilacs and pastel oranges especially, but also the way one standout piece can look gorgeous paired with a neutral – cream, white, navy or black.

Most of the high street stores are doing pastels this season – try Dotti for cheap and cheerful seperates, Sportsgirl for a touch of neon mixed with pastels, and if you want to go the girly route Portmans has some really girly seperates and dresses for work.
