I’ve been experimenting with a lot of different looks of late. There’s been the all black look:
*Target knit AUD$39 | *Bohemian Traders skirt AUD$129 | *I Love Billy boots from Styletread AUD$99 | Dissh belt AUD$19.95 grey online or try in store.
The drop crotch look:
*Boom Shankar pants AUD$89 | Assembly Label tee AUD$35 | *I Love Billy boots from Styletread AUD$99 | *Ivy Kate snood
And the sporty look:
*Tobi shirt dress AUD$28.47 | Vans | Hat from hubby’s rugby team
I’m really enjoying stepping out of my comfort zone and dressing a bit differently each day.
Sometimes it’s great to have a break from your go-tos (for me that’s dresses and sandals in summer; jeans, a shirt and boots in winter) and put an outfit together that feels a bit ‘daring’ – a bit fun.
After all, life’s too short to NOT wear what you want to wear. And I often find when I’m wearing something a bit ‘out there’ I feel great all day. Letting your creativity take over feels good.
Today I’m wearing something a bit different, too. I love this mustard stripe top from Forcast – it’s a fab shape and works with denim of all colours, or would also work for workwear.
These jeans are a new fave. They’re from IDS and I adore the frayed hems. They’re a nice deviation from my usual distressed skinnies. Also check out @morethanadored who absolutely rocks them!
*Forcast Charlie asymmetric striped top AUD$49.95 {I’m wearing 10}| *IDS Billie jeans AUD$74.95 {I’m wearing 10} | Spend-less Shoes boots, not current | *SheIn bag AUD$28.27
Have you tried wearing something new or different lately?
