Today I am off to the ‘babes in arms’ movies with a good friend and our little babies. Have you ever been? It’s such a great idea – it’s often way too long in between movies for mums and the ‘babes in arms’ are perfect in that they’re not as loud (so babies can sleep) and the lighting is not as dark so you can see what you’re doing if feeding etc. So today I’m off to that and I took the chance to wear this gorgeous denim shirt dress from SheIn, which is an absolute bargain! What makes this different to the usual denim dress is the draped style placket and the asymmetrical hem. It also has a self tie which is very on trend this season. It’s very comfortable and the denim is very soft. I’m wearing the L, so I think it is a little on the smaller side. The front split comes up quite high in the front on me as I have a high waist, however it doesn’t flash my underwear or anything! The sleeves come to the elbow so are very comfortable and flattering. I can’t wait to wear this layered with a long-line cardigan and ankle boots! Hope you have a great day.
