Today I used a little trick I picked up last time I was breastfeeding when I really want to wear a dress that can’t easily be pulled down for feeding access. I wear shorts underneath. Yes! I do! This gorgeous maxi from St Frock is the perfect ‘shorts under’ candidate as it is free-flowing and an A-line shape which means you can easily gather it up when you need to feed. I must admit, I don’t do this often and I wouldn’t do it if I knew I was going somewhere that meant I would need to breastfeed in front of lots of people, however it’s perfectly appropriate for my day today – a quick trip to the shops and then waiting at home for visitors. This dress is a beautiful navy with an ‘Arabian’ inspired print in pinks, greens, turqoise and whites. It’s t-back, so shows off the shoulders, too.
