The Tuesday after a public holiday always feels worse than a regular Monday, don’t you think? I was in a serious baby brain zone today – I totally forgot about an appointment this morning, which I never do; then tonight while cooking I totally forgot I was actually cooking and burnt it to a crisp, something else which I (usually) do not do! It was thankfully salvaged as I was super hungry, however! It was around this time two years ago while pregnant with Hannah when I thought ‘yep, it’s time to hang up my (work) boots for the year!’ – and I left work at 35 weeks although I had planned to stay until at least 36 weeks pregnant.
Although I don’t work in an office now, I know the struggle to find affordable yet stylish and easy to wear outfits that require little thought on busy mornings.
