Yesterday I wore pink. For many, this is a not unusual occurrence, but I’m just not really a pink fan. It was my favourite colour as a child and I think I overdosed. Anyway yesterday it was ladies’ day at my husband’s rugby club in support of the Jane McGrath foundation, so I thought I better dig something out. Unfortunately the only really pink item I could find was a summer dress, so luckily while out shopping Friday (I was meant to be grabbing groceries…) I stumbled across this sleeveless oversized shirt at Kmart, for a total of $5. That’s me. Anyway they didn’t have my size so I went up a size and I quite like the oversized look. Although I’m not a pink lover, I do like the punchiness of the fuchsia and the fact it’s oversized works really well with skinny jeans. I paired it with my ripped jeans, Kmart boots from last year (I promise, I don’t work for Kmart!) and my old favourite leopard print scarf.
