How to Wear a Grey Waterfall Vest | What I’m Wearing

    July 3, 2016

When I was thinking of a title for this post, I put in ‘How to Wear a Grey Waterfall Vest’ and to be honest I thought, well, it should be titled ‘Just One Way to Wear a Grey Waterfall Vest’ because it’s honestly such a versatile piece you can wear it so many ways.

If you haven’t tried a waterfall vest before, I urge you to give it a try, especially if you think vests aren’t for you. Why? Because a waterfall vest is like an instant flatterer. It draws attention to your waist, slims your figure and provides warmth. This one from St Frock is a wool/polyester blend and is warm and soft, however it’s also very light and adds warmth without bulk.

I’ve paired it today with my striped SheIn top, Target Dannii Minogue petite drop crotch pants (that were on sale a few months ago) and boots. This look was perfect for grabbing a coffee, and minus the boots will be perfect for a lazy Sunday. (PS these boots are the bomb! I wore them to lunch yesterday with a dress – they’re a perfect on-trend point and best of all, are now on sale…!).

What are you up to today? I’m feeling a bit tired after a couple of big nights with a teething baby. When does teething stop again? It feels like it starts at two months’ old and just keeps going! I’m going to try and get some rest in between loads of laundry today. I hope you have a great day.
