It’s all about the mid heel right now, and THANK GOODNESS. I love heels, really I do, however they’re so impractical for my lifestyle right now (stay at home mum of two) that I just cannot justify them. So hello, sensible heels! Yes, a good mid heel sandal can lift your daytime casual look to smart in no time flat, and of course the best attribute of all – they are comfortable. A comfortable high heel for me is about 9.5cm, so for me a mid heel hovers around the 3-7cm zone. I’m particularly loving the lace up and sandal styles, however open toe and western booties are also still mega-hot and will also be bang on for autumn and winter.
