Floral Midi Skirt | What I’m Wearing

January 19, 2016

You know those days when you feel that dressing up a little bit will make you feel 100% better? No? Just me? Well today I had one of those days. This outfit would totally be suited to a dressier occasion (Baby shower? Christening? Lunch?) however today I’ve worn it casually. My motto at the moment is not to wait for an occasion to wear special things, as being a mum there are not as many special events on the calendar! And life is too short to not wear the fancy skirt. Isn’t it? This skirt is very silky and light, and the top features a button closure so it’s easy for nursing. The top is probably a little small for me to wear not tucked in right now, (I’m wearing the 10) however hopefully by winter it will fit well.

Wearing:
(Gifted) St Frock Chasing Kate Vanessa skirt in magnolia print AUD$69.90 {I’m wearing the 12 and I am 158cm tall}

(Gifted) St Frock Charlotte drape top in white AUD$39.90 {I’m wearing the 10}

Valleygirl espadrilles, a year old, similar vibe here for US$95

Rubi shoes sunnies AUD$14.95

    Jasmine, you look so fab in this. Sometimes you just gotta dress up even if there’s nowhere to go. I totally understand. Bron x

      Aww thank you Bron. Yep, with no special occasions you have to dust off the special things for the everyday I think. Xx
