What To Wear To The Work Christmas Party | Outfits Under $100

October 25, 2014

Ahh, the work Christmas party. They’re many and varied, but usually involve some drinks, some food and some silliness – appropriate or not! Work Christmas parties I’ve been to have involved such things as barefoot bowls, ten pin bowls, putt putt golf, lunch and then cocktails, fancy lunches, casual lunches and one or two dinners. Thus, I’ve prepared a number of different outfits depending on the occasion – casual, lunch, a fun dinner and drinks, and a cocktail party. All under $100 total.

I like to inject a bit of Christmas cheer into my Christmas party outfits – so I’ve thrown in a bit of glitz and glamour and a bit of red. I’ve also kept it fairly conservative – I don’t personally think the work Christmas party is the time to pull out your crop top and leather pants combo or a bodycon dress with cut outs…but each to their own! For most occasions, a little frock will fit the bill, however why not try a dressy midi skirt or for the casual occasions, a printed pant and top? Happy shopping and, I can’t believe I’m about to say this…but merry Christmas!
